Despite all the travelling we have done, we have never been to Ireland.

As our runway shortens, we started categorizing those top places on our bucket list. Now our travel decisions are made based on the places that have the ability to offer good healthcare and where no interpreter would be required if a trip to a hospital was needed. Another reality in our planning is the length of air travel to the destination.

We have some Irish in our blood but of course like many people we are definitely Irish on every  St. Patrick’s Day.
